ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct temple festival and cultural activities (Sri Pandisamy Nadagam) Program on 04.05.2025 and 05.05.2025 of the Sri Vinayagar Sri Bagavathiamman, Sri. Kaliamman, Sri Kannaperumal and Sri Sakthivel Murugan temple situated at Ammaiyapuram, Pannapatti village, Manapparai taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025
2. According to the petitioner, all the villagers have decided to conduct temple festival and cultural activities (Sri Pandisamy Nadagam) Program on 04.05.2025 and 05.05.2025 of the Sri Vinayagar Sri Bagavathiamman, Sri. Kaliamman, Sri Kannaperumal and Sri 2/6
Sakthivel Murugan temple situated at Ammaiyapuram, Pannapatti village, Manapparai taluk, Trichy District. In this regard, they have sent a representation to the respondents on 16.04.2025 but the same was not considered. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
4.This Court heard learned counsels appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5.Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner and since the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2025 is under enquiry before the 3rd respondent and so far no action has been taken, it is deemed to be permitted.

6.In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the 3rd respondent to grant police protection to conduct temple festival and cultural activities (Sri Pandisamy Nadagam) Program on 04.05.2025 and 05.05.2025 of the Sri Vinayagar Sri Bagavathiamman, Sri. Kaliamman, Sri Kannaperumal and Sri Sakthivel Murugan temple situated at Ammaiyapuram, Pannapatti village, Manapparai taluk, Trichy District, in accordance with law.
7. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
