O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent Police has conducted the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2022 and after completing the investigation, charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all those points in this petition before the trial Court at the time of trial.
