Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed seeking modification of condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.2795 of 2024, dated 22.02.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 22.02.2024, with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the President, Narasingam Panchayat. Since the Account Number has been wrongly mentioned in the order copy, the petitioners unable to deposit the amount. Therefore, the petitioners filed the present petition. However, in the meantime, the petitioners credited the above said amount to the correct Account Number of the Narasingam Panchayat. He has also produced a proof to that effect.
