O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2025 and provide adequate police protection for petitioner life and limp.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that no any complaint was filed by the petitioner before the jurisdictional police station. Per contra, the petitioner filed this petition. Therefore, without any cause of action, this petition is filed.

3. Since the second respondent denied the receipt of the complaint, the petitioner also not produced any document to prove that the receipt of the complaint by the second respondent, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police station.
