ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.39 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi District and the same was taken on file.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and Liberty is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
