ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 07.07.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul,vide the letter in D.No.582/2024 dated 22.01.2024, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.272 of 2019.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 07.07.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.272 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, within a period of four 1/3

months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Principal District Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing O.S.No.272 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
