Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to initiate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.05.2021 under the provisions of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, in a biased manner and file a report within a reasonable time in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to initiate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.05.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.12655 of 2021 complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.493 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the case was closed.

3.Since the complaint has been closed by the enquiry officer advising the parties to workout their remedy before the appropriate Court through proper proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
