Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioners in connection with the FIR in Crime No. 160 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police on the very same date of the surrender of the petitioners and consequently, to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the very same day itself by disposing the petitioners' bail application.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Counsel on behalf of the State of Tamil Nadu for the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
