Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks sub-divisioning of the petition mentioned property and issuance of separate patta.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's brother-in-law is lodging objections. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief.
4.Leaving open the petitioner's rights, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
