ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Thiru.Rameshkumar, the contemnor herein is present in present. He undertakes before this Court that the balance subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner will be settled in full in 6 equal monthly installments. He also states that the first installment will be remitted to the petitioner on 01.07.2026. If any default is committed, the learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to make a mention and this Court will be inclined to reopen the proceedings.

2.Recording the aforesaid undertaking, this Contempt Petition is closed.
