ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner has given a representation to appoint him as a Notary.
3. It is not open to this Court to issue any direction in such cases. As and when the Government issues notification calling for applications, the petitioner has to apply in response thereto. The applications will be processed. Interview will be held. At the end of interview, applying certain parameters, the selection will be made. The petitioner has to necessarily undergo such process. As and when the notification is issued, the petitioner can always apply. No direction can be issued as sought for.
