This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this court to direct the 3rd Additional District and Sessions (PCR) Court, Madurai to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on same day on their surrender in connection with crime no.733 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3863 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5637 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 to surrender before the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR) Court, Madurai.

2. The petitioner is granted three more months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the direction earlier given on the petitioner.

3.With this direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
