O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle. It was seized in connection with the illegal transportation of sand.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the petitioner is having two previous cases of the same nature. The vehicle also involved one previous case of the same nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to exercise my writ jurisdiction.

4. This writ petition stands dismissed . The third respondents is directed to produce the vehicle Tipper lorry bearing Reg No.TN 63-BC-7979 before the jurisdictional Court immediately without any delay . W.P.(MD)No.12445 of 2020 is filed, the same will be disposed of by the jurisdictional Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction to the Jurisdictional Court, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
