To exempt the petitioner from surrender in C.A.No. 24/2014 dated 19.02.2018 on the file of the Honourable Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni, at Periyakulam by confirming the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court(M.L), Theni in S.T.C.No, 319/2011 dated 15.04.2014 Prayer in CRL RC(MD) No.454 of 2018:

To call for the records and set aside the conviction in C.A.No.24 of 2014 dated 19.02.2018 on the file of the Hon'ble Additional District and session Judge, Theni at periyakulam by conforming the sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court(M.L), Theni in S.T.C.No.319 of 2011 dated 15.04.2014 and acquit the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AK.AZAGARSAMI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Since there is no arguable material available in the revision petition, the criminal miscellaneous petitions filed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6339 of 2018 to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.A.No.24/2014 dated 19.02.2018 and Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6340 of 2018 to exempt the petitioner from surrender in C.A.No.24/2014, on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam, are dismissed.

2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks time to negotiate with the complainant to settle the matter.

3. In view of the said fact, post this revision petition on 13.08.2018.
