: Respondent PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to cancel the order of suspension, dated 04.11.2016 in the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2120-10/2016/Pa2 and reinstate the petitioner in service as Sanitary worker in the respondent Panchayat.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to revoke the order of suspension, dated 04.11.2016 as per the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2120-10/2016/Pa2 and also sought direction to the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service as Sanitary worker.
2. Mr. M. Pandiyarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, he was appointed as Sanitary worker in the respondent office. A charge memo was issued by the respondent on 11.04.2016 and he was also placed under suspension. The further grievance of the petitioner is that he has made a representation to the respondent on 29.07.2018 to revoke his suspension order, but, no order has been passed. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent has submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits, within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.
6. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of Eight (8) Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
