ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.10 of 2010, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on 17.05.2016, the petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.62 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai and hence, non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. He would further submit that the said absence is neither willfully nor wantonly and he undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, within a period of 2 weeks from today and to file a petition to recall NBW already issued against him.
