PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records related to the punishment order dated 08.01.2007 passed by the second respondent in PR. No.72/2006 and the Proceedings Rc.No.73541/ AP.2(3)/2009 dated 12.06.2009 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to promote the petitioner as Head Constable from 09.06.2008 and as Special Sub Inspector Police from 01.07.2018 and grant all the service monetary and other attended benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
