ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No. 436 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. From the materials placed on record, this Court does not find any ground to quash the First Information Report at this stage.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the liquor that was seized has been sent for chemical analysis and report is awaited.

5. Under such circumstances, it will suffice, if a direction is given to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 436 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the issues that are now raised in this Criminal Original Petition at the appropriate stage.
