To call for the records of the impugned Judgment dated 02.08.2022 in C.A.No.74 of 2021 by the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur, confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court(Fast Track Court), Thanjavur in S.T.C.No.101 of 2015 dated 22.09.2021 and set aside the same by allowing the Revision petition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SANKARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for M/s.LAJAPATHI ROY ASSOCIATES, on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the above Revision.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:-770357420, IFSC https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
