ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.287 of 2016 on the file of the learned I Additional Sub Court, Madurai for the offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w Section 397 and 506(ii) I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.287 of 2016 on the file of the learned I Additional Sub Court, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 06.02.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Judge is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
