2.The petitioner challenges the recruitment notification dated 11.02.2019 issued by the fifth respondent college management. Initially, an interim stay was granted. Subsequently, it was vacated and the notified vacancies were also filled up. We were inclined to adjourn the matter by calling upon the petitioner to implead the selected candidates. But then, the contentions raised in this writ petition had earlier been raised by the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.2918 of 2019. Vide order dated 04.02.2026, the writ petition was dismissed. 3.In view of the said dismissal order, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
