PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to appoint Booking Agents in all Village Panchayat, Town Panchayat and Corporation to sell river sand, imported sand, land quarry sand and M sand in 25 kg, 50 kg and 100 kg paper bags to public and construction companies within stipulated time.
