: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2020, 18.05.2020, 12.06.2020, 08.07.2020, 06.08.2020 and 02.09.2020 and thereby do proper construction on the ongoing construction of the dam at Vembar River, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the improper and in efficient work being done by the contractor, who has not been impleaded as a party respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.12470 of 2020 2.The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that the work is completed.

3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to pass any further order, except by asking the respondents 2 and 3 to make inspection once again and satisfy with the work done. If the work is not satisfactorily done, then consequential action will have to be taken. The aforesaid direction shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In fine, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. In view of the orders passed in the main writ petition, the impleading petition is closed.
