Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THALAIMUTHARASU G, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned JM, Rameshwaram, as per the order passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.9171 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD) No.9171 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022.
3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9171 of 2022, is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
