Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the respondent from enrolling any local cable operator for the petition mentioned locality. The petitioner has also given a representation in this regard. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.It is well settled that Writ of Mandamus can be issued only if the petitioner can show that his legal right has been affected. The petitioner is not able to draw my attention to any specific statutory provision whereby he can exclude any other local cable operator. I find no ground to grant relief. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
