O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] In this Habeas Corpus Petition, we do not find any illegal detention of the detenu. It appears that earlier, the detenu married the son of the petitioner, namely, Chandran. Thereafter, it appears that the granddaughter of the petitioner/detenu, who is a major and mother of two children, has married the third respondent herein. It also appears that the said Chandran is no more. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
