RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Honourable Court as made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7351 of 2022 dt.22/04/2022 in connection Crime.No.60 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Boothapandy Police Station, Boothapandy, Kanyakumari District. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7351 of 2022 on 22.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6860 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7351 of 2022 on 22.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
