ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue a Non - Traceable Certificate / Lost Document Report for the settlement deed No.438/2004 dated 26.03.2004 on the basis of the petitioner's sister's petition, dated 09.09.2017 in C.S.R.No.243/2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint has been received by the respondent police and CSR.No.243 of 2017 has been assigned. Thereafter, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police, for enquiry. He further stated that if the petitioner gives a fresh representation, the respondent police is ready to consider the same and take further action in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.12227 of 2022 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and the second respondent is also directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
