2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informs the Court that Final Report has already been filed on 11.10.2020, before the jurisdicational Magistrate. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. It is for the petitioner to move this Court at a later date if so advised.
