O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2020, in terms of Section 154 of Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint dated 15.09.2020 given by the petitioner was received by the second respondent and thereafter, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.182 of 2020 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4.In view of the above, it is made clear that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.09.2020 had already been considered by the respondents. However, since the dispute between the petitioner and the husband is a family dispute, it would appropriate to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry within the stipulated time.

5.Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2020, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
