ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Aravinthan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of 1/3

Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5589 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.279 of 2021 of 2022 dated 09.08.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2021 before the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases), Sivagangai.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
