This Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the summons received in Case No.CS/45551/22 dated 02.06.2022 on the file of the 11th Court, Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings in Case No.CS/45551/22 was disposed of by the 11th Court, Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta and the petitioner was acquitted as per Section 257 of Cr.P.C.,. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.
