ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter Roobasri born on 03.01.2005 and now aged about 18 years went missing, the petitioner had given a complaint before the respondent police on 24.03.2023, which was registered in Crime No.182/2023 as 'girl missing'. In this background, the present Habeas corpus Petition has been filed.

2. On our directions, the second respondent herein had produced the girl Roobasri before us and the petitioner was also present.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submitted that the girl Roobasri had married one Jeyaraman, S/o.Muthuramalingam, residing at Nethaji Road, Ganapathy Goundan Street, Pollachi, (Mobile No.7841316956), on 24.03.2023 at Vinayagar Temple at Pollachi. We had interacted with the petitioner, who heard all

these facts through by the respondent police and had also stated that he has no objection if his daugther resides with the said M.Jeyaraman and live as husband and wife.

In view of the statement made by the petitioner himself that he has no objection and by taking note of the fact that the petitioner's daughter as well as M.Jeyaraman are both majors and have married each other, the prayer sought for in the present Habeas corpus Petition does not require consideration.
