ORDER

This Writ Petitin has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action against the respondents 3 and 4, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receiving the representation, dated 02.06.2022, current paper No.GDP/340/DSP/SMLR has been assigned. After that, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and found that the matter is civil in nature. W.P(MD).No.12243 of 2022 3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to take suitable action, based on the enquiry conducted, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
