This petition is filed to implead the petitioner / proposed fourth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.15320 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the proceedings, the third respondent, namely, Sailapathy Sivagnanam, who is the then Secretary of Lakshmi Hari Hara High School, Elathur, Tenkasi District, has resigned his job from the said post on 31.12.2020 and the petitioner is the present Secretary of the said School. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.
