Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SELVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 14.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.

7352 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, with two sureties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to arrange the sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2020 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7352 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
