Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned land through sale deed. According to the petitioner, existing pathway is not sufficient. Therefore, she wants the existing pathway to be widened. In this regard, a representation dated 02.11.2018 has been given. It was followed by the reminder dated 12.02.2019.

3. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)NO.4119 OF 2019 petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law. Such an order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
