O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.614 of 2021 pending on his file as expeditiously possible, under the supervision of the first respondent and to file final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that they have examined a few witnesses and a few more witnesses have to be examined and they would complete the investigation within one month.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation in a fair and proper manner and to file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
