Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioner is having as many as four previous cases of the same nature.

4.I am therefore, not inclined to exercise my indulgence in favour of the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. However, the respondents are directed to produce the vehicle before the Jurisdictional Court. It is for the petitioner to move the Court below for return of the vehicle. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
