The petitioner has submitted an application before the first respondent for surveying his land in S.No. 808/13 situate at Salaigramam Village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and has filed this writ petition that the respondents have not conducted the survey.

2.Today(07.07.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that whenever the Surveyor went for surveying the petitioner's land, the petitioner has insisted that survey can be conducted only in the presence of the his Advocate and this petitioner is not co-operating for completion of survey. 2/4

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conduct the survey of the petitioner's land on 20.07.2023. The petitioner shall available at the time of survey. No costs.
