This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the B.T. Assistant Transfer Counselling to be held on 07.06.2024(for transfer from Union to Union) and to comply with the condition No.5 stipulated in the third respondent's deployment proceedings Na.Ka.No.119/D1/2022 dated 01.02.2022 and transfer the petitioner from the deployed post of B.T.Assistant(Science) in Panchayat Union Middle School, Kodangipatti, Alanganallur Block and re-absorb as B.T. Assistant(Science) in any one of the retirement vacancies of B.T. Assistant (Science) existing at Panchayat Union Middle School, Vadakku Valayapatti or Panchayat Union Middle School, Palaiyurpatti in Melur Block within a stipulated period.

2. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been re-deployed to her parent Union ie., to the Panchayat Union Middle School, Vadakku Valayapatti, Melur and orders had been issued by the fifth respondent on 31.05.2024.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, the fifth respondent is required to furnish a copy of the order, dated 31.05.2024, to the petitioner forthwith. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
