W.P.(MD)Nos.4107 and 4108 of 2019 COMMON ORDER When these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that these Writ Petitions have become infructuous, in view of the fact that the tender process under the impugned tender notification, dated 07.07.2019 has been completed. Further, he submits that there are connected Writ Petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.15071 and 15072 of 2015 seeking for refund of the deposit amount with interest are pending before this Court. He has also sent an email to that effect to the e-mail ID mentioned in the cause list today.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as recording the e-mail send by him to the email ID mentioned in the cause list today, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
