ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the case in Crime No. 1 of 2020 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to the petitioners are concerned.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, during the course of investigation there is no prima facie case was found as against the petitioners and therefore, their names were removed. If the involvement of the petitioners are found in future course of investigation, their names will be included. For the time being, the names of the petitioners were deleted and action closed as against the petitioners.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
