ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 294(b) and 420 I.P.C in Crime No.49 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner cheated the defacto complainant by giving false promise to settle the balance sale consideration amount to him. But, he failed to repay the same. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner scolded him and also abused him with filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking note of serious allegation made as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
