Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges serious irregularities in tender process.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand would state that the complaint given by the petitioner is bereft of materials. Be that as it may, the petitioner has to necessarily avail the remedy set out in Cr.P.C. If no response is forth coming from the investigating officers and if no FIR is registered, the petitioner has to necessarily move a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Giving such liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
