ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct fair and impartial investigation and to file final report in Crime No.771 of 2012 dated 07.10.2012 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is under progress and further he sought two months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
