RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9848 of 2022 dt 01/06/2022 in Crime.No.205 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.YESU SUBANANTH J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9848 of 2022 on 01.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9848 of 2022 on 01.06.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a fifteen days, ie., on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
