This Criminal Revision has been filed under sections 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure code, to call for the records and set aside the first condition in para 7(i) imposed of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.40 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil and allow the Criminal Revision Petition.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sivakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.side )for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the order passed in Crl.R.C.(MD) No. 1205 of 2023 dated 21.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health and financial crisis, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended till 18.06.2024

4. For reporting compliance on 19.06.2024.
