Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU SARAVANAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties in pursuance to the order dated 27.04.2022 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.7881 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner was arrested in connection with another crime number, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.7881 dated 27.04.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.7881 of 2022 is extended further

for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
