The petitioner has approached this Court for transferring the petition enquiry, which is pending on the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner and the proposed accused are brothers and a similar complaint has already been lodged by the paternal uncle of the petitioner by name Senthilkumar. On that complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.45 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy as against the crime number. No costs. 05.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No.
